What We Can Make From Our Gardens

Nothing like the blood red color of beets!

I love beet soup (barszcz czerwony) so much that I had to make 3 pots of it!

Here is the link to the recipe I used as a base: Barszcz Czerwony I added cut up pork steak just like my mom makes...and I always add more vinegar to my liking and put a dollop of sour cream in your bowl just before you serve. :)
